Affiliation Registration for 10 Years

Institute will be granted Provision Affiliation Certificate provided following information and documents is to be submitted by the Institute.

  1. Full Address of the Institute with Pin code No. & Telephone No.
  2. Xerox copies of Pan card or Aadhar card.
  3. 2 passport size photos.
  4. MSME Certificate

After receiving all documents & Affiliation fee, EBVTR Office will Send you Provision Certificate.
